The Falcons finish off the week with a win and a sweep of Pasadena, by the final of 4-2.
Noah Maddox pitched five solid innings, striking out 4, walking 1, and allowing only 5 hits. Will Grimm closed the last two innings without giving up a hit and striking out 3 batters with no walks.
The Falcons were patient at the plate which paid off with 7 walks on the evening. RBI's came from Will Grimm, Colby Rees, and Emilio Velis. That being said, the Falcons have to clean up some base running issues to give themselves more opportunities on offense. It's still early in the season, and these things will get tightened up.
The Falcons are back in action away at Hoover on Tuesday at 3:30.
