The Falcons walked it off in the 9th tonight to beat Birmingham by a final of 7-6.
In these write-ups I usually single out some of the players who had contributed to the game and give some of their stats. There were a number of players that stepped up tonight to get this victory and deserve to have their names mentioned, but I'm not going to do that tonight. This was more than anything a "Team" victory. Sometimes you have to trust your teammates to get the job done in moments during the season to keep the ball rolling. Tonight was that night for the Falcons. Everyone contributed to tonights comeback. A lot of teams would've quit, and packed it in for the evening knowing there was another game tomorrow night. These Falcon players showed me a lot of heart and grit tonight and never gave up. The guys that stepped up know who they are and so do all the Falcon supporters. Great job to all the Falcons tonight for that exciting walkoff win!
