The Falcons suffered their first loss of the season at the hands of Yucaipa High School, by a final of 2-1 in 9 innings.
It was a tough fought, and intense game but the Falcons came up short in the end. Both teams were only able to scrape together a few hits in the game and the Falcons had a chance to steal the win a couple of times, but it just wasn't meant to be.
These types of games early on in the season are a good learning lessons for later on in the season when league titles and playoff games are on the line. I think the 2017 Falcons became a "Team" today.
